Victorian Healthcare Experience Survey 2024

Help us to improve our services at healthAbility by sharing your feedback in the Victorian Healthcare Experience Survey 2024.

The survey helps us to identify what we are doing well, and what we can do better to effectively meet the healthcare needs of our community.

If you have visited healthAbility between 1 January – 24 February 2024, you may receive a randomly selected invitation to complete the survey. If you are selected to complete the survey, you will get an invitation by SMS, email or post. You can complete the survey online, using the link or QR code in the invitation, or over the phone, by calling the 1800 number in the invitation.

The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete, and all submissions will be anonymous.

Completing the survey will not affect the services you receive (except to help make them better). Thank you for helping us to continue providing high quality services for our clients!
